What was broken
People ask for a link or a price in comments and DMs at all hours, and the moment passes before anyone replies. "Link in bio" loses them on the way, and many automation tools bill in dollars or by contact, so a reel that does well can raise the bill.
How I built it
One multi-tenant platform where every query is scoped to a shop, webhooks are handed to background workers, and a plan decides which features exist. Built on official APIs only, with fixed rupee pricing, and a Test button that shows exactly what a person would get before a rule goes live.
